Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
We are looking for experienced and motivated Sales Executives / Sales Persons with a strong background in waterproofing products sales. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of UAE sales experience in waterproofing solutions and possess a valid UAE Driving License.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, builders, and clients.
Promote and sell waterproofing products and solutions to achieve sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across the UAE market.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and negotiate contracts.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in waterproofing products within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, construction chemicals, and building materials.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects.
