Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Own a daily route/visit plan; prospect, qualify, and close new accounts.
Manage and grow existing customers: orders, upselling, cross-selling, and retention.
Negotiate pricing, discounts, and trade terms within guidelines; manage collections and resolve deductions.
Monitor competitors (pricing, assortment, activity) and recommend counter-actions.
Experience selling to HORECA, modern trade, and key wholesalers/distributors.
Knowledge of importers/distributors of Asian food brands is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Dynamics) and order-to-cash flows.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years proven field sales experience as a Salesman in FMCG (food & beverage preferred).
- Bilingual: Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient with Excel and basic CRM usage (logging visits, opportunities, notes).
- Valid Egyptian driver s license and willingness to travel within Cairo and nearby governorates.
- College degree (Business, Marketing, or related).
