Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through networking and outreach
- Present EliteTFM s services to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Achieve sales targets and report on pipeline activity
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams for seamless client onboarding
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- 1 3 years of B2B sales experience (FM, construction, or related sectors preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter, able to work independently and manage time effectively
- CRM proficiency; fluent in English and Arabic
