Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell premium WPC products to clients including architects, landscape architects, developers, contractors, and private villa owners.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits to demonstrate product benefits and applications.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company s client base in the construction and design sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Collaborate with the design and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and construction material innovations.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company s growth strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 1 3 years of sales experience, ideally within construction materials, building finishes, or outdoor design products.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Proven ability to build relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and design industries.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
  • Valid driver s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
