We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Indoor Sales Agent to join our team in the ice cream, cakes, knefe, and Arabic sweets section.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers in selecting pastries, ice cream, cakes, and Arabic sweets.
• Provide product details, recommend flavors, and suggest pairings.
• Ensure the display is attractive, clean, and fully stocked at all times.
• Maintain hygiene and follow food safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to restock items when necessary.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer service is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for long hours.
