Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional for the role of Sales Planning – International Business who will work closely and directly assist the CEO in the Dubai office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to deliver effective PowerPoint presentations, as well as advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
The candidate will manage customer orders, production alignment, shipment planning, and payment follow-up across international markets, coordinating between the International Sales Team, Logistics, and the Finance Department to ensure smooth order fulfillment and export planning. You will serve as a central contact point for order management, status updates, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly support the CEO in day-to-day activities and strategic sales planning initiatives.
- Coordinate with the International Sales Team, Logistics, and Finance for order fulfillment and dispatch planning.
- Manage customer orders and align production schedules with export deadlines and business requirements.
- Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations using PowerPoint for internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to generate reports, dashboards, and data analysis for order status, dispatch schedules, inventory, and payments.
- Track and report on key operational metrics, and prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for management.
- Escalate and resolve any delays or bottlenecks in the operations.
- Work closely with the finance team to track payments and ensure timely payment follow-up and clearances.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
Essentials:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, order management, or logistics within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
