Desired Candidate Profile


Job Description
• Set annual operating budgets whether trade, general, selling or headcount & cascade it down by region / area to facilitate their mission of achieving targets & follow up on them on regular basis.
• Work closely with the Sales Mangers to set sales targets for the IC business monthly.
• Analyze historical sales data and market trends to create short/long term plans in supporting the decision making
• Propose operational KPIs and monitor the actual achievement on a national level.
• Develop a base product performance report showing the performance for every product on terms of sales, volume , distributions ,etc..
• Generate the sales performance reports to management, analyzing trends and key matrices.
• Provide actionable insights based on the performance situation.
• Develop and implement process to improve efficiency and effectiveness in supporting the sales team.
• Act as the contact point between sales team and other functions (logistics, Marketing, Finance ETC .).
• Monitor the stock availability/level of products with the inventory team to make sure its availability per region.
• Provide a report showing the trade assets situations in terms of performance, stocks and readiness status.
