Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Participate in defining the company's strategy, primarily within its area of expertise.
- To finalize the operating budget of its structure
- Participate in the preparation of the company's annual budget
- Anticipating changes imposed by the company's strategy or the company's environment
- Analyze commercial activity and define quantitative and qualitative objectives for the client portfolio
- Implement the market prospecting program to ensure a workload (revenue) for the company
- Monitor the achievement of sales targets by applying customer loyalty techniques
- Capitalizing on good practices and positive results to grow the client portfolio
- Drafting contracts and agreements for clients and monitoring their execution
- To provide commercial and administrative support to the client, with the aim of strengthening client satisfaction
- Monitor calls for tenders.
- To ensure, in accordance with contractual commitments and requirements, compliance with orders and services, by ensuring deliveries within the deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business, Marketing, or Management
- Over 15 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Having a sense of responsibility, rigor, methods and anticipation
- Having the skills for organization, prioritization, and adaptation
- Ability to manage teams of more than 5 people
- To be able to inform and explain in a way that is understandable to everyone, all aspects relating to the operation of its structures, commercial legislation, and customs regulations.
