Roles & Responsibilities

What you ll do

  • Facilitate certification, sales, and product focused training both in person and virtually.
  • Deliver launch and product knowledge programmes that excite, inform, and build confidence.
  • Ensure all training aligns with global standards and regional business objectives.
  • Adapt and refine learning content to keep it relevant, impactful, and learner centric.
  • Develop training materials for product launches, driving experiences, and special events.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and importers to maximise attendance and engagement.
  • Apply contemporary adult learning principles to create memorable learning experiences.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in automotive sales, product, or dealership operations (3+ years desirable).

  • Strong facilitation skills with at least 12 months experience delivering training.
  • Deep understanding of the automotive sales process and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence, professionalism, and the ability to inspire trust and enthusiasm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience developing training content.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or working towards equivalent) is an advantage.
