Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What you ll do
- Facilitate certification, sales, and product focused training both in person and virtually.
- Deliver launch and product knowledge programmes that excite, inform, and build confidence.
- Ensure all training aligns with global standards and regional business objectives.
- Adapt and refine learning content to keep it relevant, impactful, and learner centric.
- Develop training materials for product launches, driving experiences, and special events.
- Collaborate with regional teams and importers to maximise attendance and engagement.
- Apply contemporary adult learning principles to create memorable learning experiences.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in automotive sales, product, or dealership operations (3+ years desirable).
- Strong facilitation skills with at least 12 months experience delivering training.
- Deep understanding of the automotive sales process and competitive landscape.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence, professionalism, and the ability to inspire trust and enthusiasm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience developing training content.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or working towards equivalent) is an advantage.
