Roles & Responsibilities
Job Details :
Relevant experience in sales coordination, customer communication, or project support.
Bachelor s or Diploma s degree.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good English language proficiency.
Receive and respond to incoming calls and inquiries from potential and existing customers.
Communicate directly with customers to promote projects and persuade them of products or services.
Prepare and present accurate quotations and suitable services to customers.
Conduct meetings with customers to follow up on requirements and resolve any issues.
Collect and analyze feedback from customers and internal departments to improve workflow.
Perform any other tasks as required to meet the needs of the new project.
