Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable cosmetic products.
  • Promote the features and benefits of our cosmetic products to potential customers.
  • Create and maintain an attractive product display area to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Provide support during promotional events, driving brand engagement and sales activities.
  • Collect feedback from customers to enhance their shopping experience and satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics to the management team regularly.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, benefits, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with in-store sales teams to optimize store layouts and product displays.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and staff members.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to cosmetic products promptly.
  • Work closely with marketing personnel to execute targeted in-store promotions.
  • Utilize feedback to innovate and propose new methods of customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or promotion, especially in the cosmetics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of cosmetic products and current beauty industry trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills.

  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays during peak seasons.
