Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle walk-in customers and provide detailed information about driving courses and packages
Assist customers with registration, documentation, and scheduling of classes
Promote and upsell driving packages and additional services
Manage customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups effectively
Maintain accurate records of enrollments, payments, and customer data
Coordinate with internal teams for training schedules and test bookings
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
2–5 years of experience in face-to-face sales or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in retail, front desk, or service industry is a plus
Ability to handle sales targets and customer queries simultaneously
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
