Client of NOK for Human Capital

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and demonstrate products to customers inside retail stores.

• Approach customers proactively and explain product features and benefits.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized.

• Provide accurate information about pricing, promotions, and offers.

• Collect customer feedback and report market insights to the supervisor.

• Submit daily sales reports and attendance records.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales or promotion is preferred.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

• Basic English knowledge is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
