Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach and engage customers to promote and sell the brand s products.
- Maintain full knowledge of each product line and its components.
- Ensure product displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor product availability and report shortages promptly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets to qualify for commission.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor s degree in business or related field is a plus
