Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote consumer finance products to in-store customers
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria
Assist customers with account activation, application submissions, and KYC processes
Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams for follow-ups and approvals
Ensure a high standard of customer experience, providing post-sale support as needed
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs
Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner store staff
- Net Salary starts From 8000 To 9000 + KPIs + High commission
- Medical and social insurance .

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree is a must
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales within consumer finance, fintech, or retail electronics sectors
Solid understanding of consumer behavior and basic financial concepts
Proficient in using mobile applications and digital platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented with a proactive, goal-driven attitude
Persuasive, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and simply
Flexibility to work both in-store and in the field based on operational needs
