Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
A sales promoter engages with potential customers to create interest in and drive sales for specific products or services. They achieve this by demonstrating products, explaining features, handing out samples, and using promotional pitches to influence purchasing decisions.
Engage customers: Approach passers-by and interact with potential customers to gauge their needs.
Promote products: Use promotional materials like flyers and samples to highlight what makes a product better than competitors' offerings.
Achieve sales targets: Work to meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Provide information: Answer customer questions and follow up with leads to assist them throughout the buying process.
Report results: Compute sales prices and provide sales reports to management as specified.
Desired Candidate Profile
A high school diploma or equivalent is essential, while a experience in sales or business is preferred for deeper industry insight.
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or retail environments, showcasing a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in the consumer goods or retail industry is preferred, allowing for better understanding of market dynamics.
