Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • In-store promotion of the company’s brands to the potential customers.
  • Identify the potential customers, explain the features and benefits of the products to help them in taking decision to buy the products.
  • Give product samples whenever customers seem keen to try the products.
  • Handover the product leaflets and as far as possible take customer details for follow-up.
  • Remove any customer objections by suitably answering any product related enquiries.
  • Responsible for generating sales .
  • Maintain and circulate MIS like no. of customers spoken, sales generated and feedback from the customers.
  • Send timely report to the Sales manager.
  • Highlight any stock issues in the store to the sales manager.
  • Ensure the products are properly merchandised on the shelves in the retail outlets.
  • Coordinate outdoor events, setting up the display of the products, marketing collateral.
  • Should always be well dressed in company uniform, pleasantly talk to the customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience - At least 4–5-year customer service experience in FMCG background, having worked with well-known retail customers in the UAE.
  • Education - Bachelor‘s degree in any disciplines
  • Key skills - Acquiring more customers, Sales Generation, Brand Awareness
