Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential SME clients and present available financing products.
  • Understand client needs and match them with the appropriate financing solution.
  • Collect required data and enter it accurately into the system.
  • Conduct initial eligibility assessments according to internal criteria.
  • Follow up with clients through each stage of the financing journey.
  • Guide clients through reviewing and signing agreements once approved.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Deliver high-quality service to build trust and long-term relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in finance, sales, or client relationship roles.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is considered a plus.
