Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential SME clients and present available financing products.
- Understand client needs and match them with the appropriate financing solution.
- Collect required data and enter it accurately into the system.
- Conduct initial eligibility assessments according to internal criteria.
- Follow up with clients through each stage of the financing journey.
- Guide clients through reviewing and signing agreements once approved.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Deliver high-quality service to build trust and long-term relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in finance, sales, or client relationship roles.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is considered a plus.
