Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the sales manager in monitoring their projects.
- Drafting emails and letters.
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of the work and projects launched.
- To follow up with clients and remain in constant contact with them.
- Prepare project monitoring reports
- Keep those in charge continuously informed of the progress of the work
- Organize working and development sessions with clients
- Schedule appointments with clients and ensure their smooth operation
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bac +2 Bac +5 in business, marketing or equivalent.
- Experience in customer relations or sales preferred.
- Sales and negotiation techniques.
- Customer service orientation.
- Good communication.
- Proficiency in computer tools (CRM, Excel).
- Organization and time management.
