Sales Representatives / Key Account Managers Join Our Startup Journey!

(Based in Cairo, Egypt)

We are Scandinavia Egypt, a young company with Swedish roots. In 2024, we became the first to introduce Swedish coffee to Egypt.

Our mission is clear: to bring something new, exciting, and premium to the Egyptian market. We re in the middle of building a brand and a category that doesn t really exist here yet and that s what makes it fun. We are growing fast, but we re still in our startup phase, which means every person who joins us will have a real chance to make an impact and grow together with the company.

What you ll be doing

  • Find and build relationships with retailers, distributors, and horeca clients (caf s, restaurants, lounges).
  • Grow our presence in both B2B and B2C sales channels.
  • Create and run activities and campaigns that help more people discover our products.
  • Negotiate, close deals, and make sure our partners are happy and successful.
  • Keep track of results, share feedback, and help us improve our sales strategy.
  • Be an ambassador for our brand professional, positive, and inspiring.
  • Work closely with the team and founders, sharing ideas and solutions as we grow.

Desired Candidate Profile

Who we re looking for

  • At least 3 years of Field/Sales experience, ideally within the FMCG industry.
  • You ve studied sales, business, or marketing or you ve worked for years in sales/KAM and know what it takes.
  • Documented experience with both B2B and B2C sales.
  • You re creative, curious, and not afraid to try new things.You re goal-oriented and result-driven you enjoy challenges and love to win.
  • You know how to negotiate, communicate, and build trust.
  • You re comfortable using modern tools (including AI) to work smarter and more efficiently.
  • You speak fluent English (a must) and Arabic.
  • You re based in Cairo and open to some travel within Egypt.
