Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling cosmetic and FMCG products within assigned territory, focusing on high-volume accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and store managers to ensure product placement and visibility.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product growth and expansion.
  • Implement promotional strategies and merchandising plans to increase product awareness and drive sales volume.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience within the cosmetic or FMCG industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of the cosmetic and FMCG market, including product knowledge, consumer behavior, and distribution channels.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, and distributors.
