Roles & Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell electric cars to prospective customers through in-person meetings, showroom presentations, and outbound sales activities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on electric vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.

Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the advantages and performance of electric vehicles.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the electric car division.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the electric vehicle market.

Collaborate with marketing and after-sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide post-sale support to ensure long-term client retention.

Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or electric vehicle industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation with a passion for sustainable mobility solutions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Willingness to work on-site and travel locally as required.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
