Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prospecting for new clients and closing sales
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions
- To increase revenue
- Promote the company's products and brand image.
- Prepare and present sales proposals
- Negotiate commercial terms and conclude sales
- Retaining existing customers and maintaining relationships of trust
- To produce regular reports on commercial activity (visits, sales, forecasts)
- Conduct competitive intelligence and monitor calls for tenders in the sector
Desired Candidate Profile
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to convince, finalize and conclude
- Dynamic and confident during client interviews
- Sense of listening and proactive temperament
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation
- Knowledge of the market and the competition
- Three years of experience, preferably in the construction and public works sector
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the construction and public works sector (Building, Public Works, Hydraulics)
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, sales management, marketing or a related field.
