Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire and retain corporate clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions (Cloud, Hosting, Hardware, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.
  • Effectively negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Support, and Operations) for smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on pipeline and forecasts.

Hard Skills (Technical & Sales Skills)

  • B2B Sales Expertise: Proven track record in IT sales (ISP, Cloud, Hosting, IT Hardware).
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT hardware.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Ability to structure competitive proposals and close deals effectively.
  • CRM & Reporting: Experience using CRM software and generating sales reports.
  • Market Analysis: Ability to analyze industry trends, identify business opportunities, and position products/services strategically.
