Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Present, promote, and sell The Fit Hub s products and services to current and potential customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to address client needs and objections.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics within the designated territory.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events as required.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the fitness, wellness, or related industries.
