Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes and commercial offers.
- Conduct field and telephone prospecting to develop sales.
- Make regular trips for client/prospect visits.
- Negotiating and monitoring contracts.
- Preparation of business reports.
- Monitor outstanding balances, payment deadlines and follow up with clients regarding receivables.
- Coordination with the finance department for payment monitoring.
- Ensuring the proper execution of orders (from the process to performance >).
- To track customer orders, from receipt to final delivery.
- Ensure compliance with order processing deadlines and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with stakeholders in the logistics chain in order to optimize transport costs and guarantee the desired level of customer service.
- Communicate monitoring reports (daily reports, delivery status and pallet tracking, stock evolution monitoring),
- Ensure smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders (clients, partners, service providers)
- Prepare the administrative documents (CMD opening, invoicing).
- To monitor and process customer complaints.
Desired Candidate Profile
- University degree (Bac+3) or equivalent.
- Professional experience of at least one (1) year in a similar position or field.
- Good command of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google suite).
- Mastery of Arabic and French.
- Sense of organization, rigor and team spirit.
- Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Withstands the pressure of the logistics profession.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve operational problems.
- Ease in moving around the field.
- A category B driving licence is required.
