Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop the academy's activity by increasing the number of registrations
- Build loyalty with existing partners and participate in promoting the services offered (courses, tournaments, training, equipment, etc.)
- Represent the image of the academy to families, businesses and institutions, and actively contribute to its growth and reputation.
- Promote the academy's offers: training, internships, tournaments, events and equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ease of relating to children, parents and partners.
- Ability to convince and negotiate.
- Dynamism, autonomy and team spirit.
- Knowledge of the sports environment, ideally football.
- Proficiency in office tools and social networks
- Baccalaureate level Bac+3 (commerce, marketing, management or communication).
- Previous experience in sales or promotion is an asset.
- Passion for sport and youth education.
