Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for new clients.
- Presenting and promoting delivery services
- Following up with existing clients: regular visits, managing requests, resolving problems, and optimizing delivery solutions.
- Collaborating with operational teams to ensure service quality.
- Participating in professional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company.
- Reporting to the hierarchy (reports, sales forecasts).
Skills:
- Very good knowledge of logistics or delivery
- Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques.
- Mastery of computer tools (CRM, spreadsheets, internal software).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-oriented and ability to achieve sales objectives.
- Autonomy, dynamism, and perseverance.
- Organization, priority management, and rigor.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Education: Bac+2 or a degree in commerce or management.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar field.
