Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide sales follow-up to clients and prospects (calls, reminders, mailings).
- Managing customer contracts: establishment, renewal, administrative follow-up.
- Prepare commercial proposals in collaboration with the technical team.
- Participate in customer management from prospecting to customer loyalty.
- to be the interface between clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth running of projects.
- Managing customer debt collection and invoicing
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good listening ear.
- Organization, rigor and autonomy.
- Good mastery of office and computer tools.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Possibility of a driver's license
