We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented field Sales Representative to join our growing team!
Reporting to a Team Leader , you will play a key role in the development of Yassir's financial services in your region.
Your main mission: to acquire new agents , maintain strong relationships with existing agents, and grow business in your territory.
Missions
Proactively identify and target high-potential retailers to offer them the opportunity to become Yassir agents .
Present the agent wallet product, highlighting its advantages for agents (additional income) and their clients (financial inclusion).
Negotiate and integrate new agents, while ensuring they fully understand the offers and contractual terms.
Maintain strong relationships with assigned agents, ensure smooth communication and respond quickly to their concerns.
Conduct regular visits to ensure agent satisfaction and provide them with ongoing support.
Develop and implement strategies to increase transaction volume and revenue generated by the agent network.
Identify opportunities to upsell Yassir services to existing agents.
Continuously monitor the proper functioning of the service among agents, detect any potential blockages.
Helping agents resolve service interruptions and ensuring their electronic wallets are always funded (digital money or cash).
Working closely with the Team Leader to resolve agents' liquidity issues and ensure smooth operations.
Profile
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in financial services , telecoms , tobacco or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
Excellent communication , negotiation , and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trusting relationships with clients
Self-motivated, driven , results-oriented
Good organizational and time management skills
Comfortable with mobile applications
Driving licence and vehicle required (car)
