Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and questions.
Present, promote, and sell the company s products to both new and existing customers.
Provide detailed product information (materials, prices, features, and benefits).
Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and organization of the showroom.
Prepare quotations, follow up on potential sales, and finalize transactions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.
Handle customer complaints and refer complex issues to the Showroom Manager.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, promotions, and company policies.
Record customer information and feedback accurately in the system.
Participate in periodic inventory checks and stock updates.
Uphold a professional image and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s degree or Technical Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in showroom or retail sales (experience in furniture or mattresses is an asset).
Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic; English or French is a plus.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems.
Personal Skills:
