Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of 3MAS children s products.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in alignment with company policies and objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and production, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.

Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the 3MAS brand.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and digital channels.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing or consumer goods sector.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing market conditions.

Ambitious, energetic, and eager to learn.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to meet targets and build customer relationships.

- Driving license is a plus.
