Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, understanding and demonstrating product knowledge, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes providing product training to clients and potential customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Identifying potential customers and initiating contact.
- Needs Assessment: Understanding customer requirements and tailoring solutions.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Presenting products or services and negotiating terms of sale.
- Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Sales Process Management: Following a structured sales process from lead to close.
- CRM Software Proficiency: Utilizing CRM software to manage sales activities and track performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience and ability to achieve sales targets
- In-depth Product Knowledge
- Experience in providing Training to clients
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
