Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients using provided data lists.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs and preferences.
- Present and explain our interior design services and value proposition.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Develop and manage partnerships with new residential communities and developers.
- Build strong relationships with handover departments for new projects to generate leads.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
Excel , ODOO CRM is an advantage
