Roles & Responsibilities


Position Overview:

The Sales Representative will work to onboard factories and providers to our platform, selling subscriptions and encouraging active platform usage. The role includes presenting the platform s features, driving RFQs, and promoting ERP integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential factory and provider clients to onboard them to the platform.

  • Sell platform subscription packages by demonstrating ROI and business benefits.

  • Convince factories to submit RFQs and participate in bidding activities on the platform.

  • Engage with providers to add products and respond to RFQs with competitive quotations.

  • Collaborate with the activation team to ensure customers are fully onboarded and using the platform effectively.

  • Educate clients on the benefits of ERP integration and facilitate the initial process.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

  • Report daily activities, progress, and client feedback to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to understand and explain technical features (ERP integration).

  • Self-motivated and results-driven.

KPIs:

  • Number of factories and providers onboarded monthly.

  • Subscription packages sold.

  • RFQs and quotations activity generated.
