Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads from Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads via WhatsApp, phone calls, or email.
  • Educate prospects about the EcomSprint course content, success stories, and outcomes.
  • Qualify leads and identify their needs, budget, and readiness to purchase.
  • Build trust and handle objections with empathy and persuasive communication.
  • Follow a proven sales script and framework while personalizing for each lead.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status using our CRM.
  • Hit or exceed weekly and monthly conversion targets.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team about lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Selling marketing services to inbound leads

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles (preferably in online education or e-commerce).

  • Strong communication skills in Arabic (Saudi/GCC dialects) and English.
  • Confident, persuasive, and able to close deals without being pushy.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and voice/video calls.
  • A strong understanding of e-commerce or interest in the online business space is a big plus.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and reliable.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry and digital business models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
