Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, addressing their specific requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and skills.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in any field
- 2-6 years of proven experience in B2B sales ( FMCG . F&B )
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
