Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Present and promote products/services to existing and potential customers.
Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
