Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in-store to understand their preferences and recommend suitable fragrance products.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the product range, including new arrivals and bestsellers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Support promotional activities and special events to drive store traffic and sales.
- Up to 1 year of experience in sales, retail, perfume world or a related customer-facing role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn about fragrance products and industry trends.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain organized displays.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail technology.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Goal-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Professional appearance and adherence to company dress code.
