Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets to expand Hyma Plastic s client base.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Present, promote, and sell Hyma Plastic s products and services to current and potential clients through effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing, flexible packaging for industrial sectors.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
