Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Kemet s offerings.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry developments to remain competitive.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
