Roles & Responsibilities

(UPVC & Aluminum) External Sales Representative Window, Door, and Facade Systems

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our specialized team that provides integrated solutions for window, door, and facade systems (UPVC & Aluminum) within large real estate projects across Egypt.

Location: Cairo (New Administrative Capital Sheikh Zayed) Giza

Sector: B2B Sales for Real Estate Projects

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously seek sales opportunities in major real estate projects and expand the customer base.
  • Build strong relationships with construction companies, real estate developers, and engineering consultancy offices.
  • Prepare and present technical and financial proposals in coordination with the technical office team after pricing.
  • Monitor project stages from specification to execution, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality.
  • Represent the company in meetings, tenders, and provide technical support to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in finishes, facades, or construction products.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UPVC systems, aluminum facades, glass, and handrails.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals.
  • Own a car.
  • Ability to work within a team and achieve sales targets under pressure
