Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell the company s range of curtains and upholstery fabrics to retail and wholesale customers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories to expand the customer base.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the company s offerings.
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with clients in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide actionable feedback to management.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to track progress against targets.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the company and generate new leads.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining the company s reputation.
1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the textile, fabric, or home furnishings industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing a premium brand.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is an advantage.
