Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in transportation, logistics, construction, and agriculture sectors.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations to showcase trailer features and capabilities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable trailer models or custom solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales contracts.
- Maintain deep knowledge of trailer types, specifications, load capacities, materials, and regulatory standards.
- Advise clients on trailer selection based on usage, terrain, payload, and operational needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility of custom trailer requests.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fleet managers, and procurement officers.
- Provide post-sale support including delivery coordination, warranty guidance, and service scheduling.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
- Attend trade shows, expos, and industry events to promote products and generate leads.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Specific Conditions:
- Strong technical understanding of trailer components and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver s license and willingness to travel.

- Number of new client accounts acquired per quarter
- Monthly sales revenue and percentage growth over previous periods
- Client retention rate and satisfaction scores
- Number of site visits and client meetings conducted
- Response time to client inquiries and service requests
