Roles & Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role located in El Maadi, Cairo for a Retail Sales Representative. The role will assist customers in selecting and purchasing mobile repair services and products while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Responsibilities include providing detailed product knowledge, guiding customers through the sales process, addressing questions and concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role also involves maintaining professional retail operations and actively contributing to sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the bathroom, kitchen, or interior design industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product details and applications.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a showroom environment.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, onsite, including weekends or extended hours as needed.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
