Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Caf s) clients to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the HORECA sector and expand the client base through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Present, promote, and sell food and beverage products to existing and prospective customers in line with company objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics and supply chain, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of HORECA clients.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs within the designated territory or segment.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools and regular reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the HORECA or food and beverage sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the HORECA market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
