Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize sales potential.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services to customers in accordance with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to close sales and achieve targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel locally as required for client meetings and events.

Desired Candidate Profile
