Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize sales potential.
- Present, promote, and sell products and services to customers in accordance with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to close sales and achieve targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel locally as required for client meetings and events.
Desired Candidate Profile
