Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical industry to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present and promote company products and solutions to customers through meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and secure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing post-sale support and addressing any issues promptly.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and compliance requirements throughout the sales process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
