Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Instore Sales: Provide expert guidance to clients, demonstrating deep knowledge of 18K & 22K Gold Jewellery, precious metals, and jewelry craftsmanship.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain a loyal client book through proactive follow-ups, celebrating milestones (anniversaries, birthdays), and personalized outreach.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure the showroom remains pristine, assisting with daily setup/breakdown of displays and ensuring high-value inventory is handled with care.
Technical Accuracy: Confidently explain technical details, including diamond grading (GIA/IGI standards), custom design processes, and repair estimations.
Operational Excellence: Process transactions accurately, manage CRM data entry, and assist with inventory audits.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum of 1-2+ years in fine jewelry sales within UAE
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of diamonds, 18K & 22K Jewellery and Silver Jewellery.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; the ability to communicate elegance and expertise.
Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holiday seasons (the "busy season" in our world).
Attributes: High integrity, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for the artistry of jewelry.
