Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated full-time Sales Representative (Arabic-speaking) to join the team at the Arab Institute of Accountants and Legal Professionals in Dubai. The primary responsibilities of this role will include managing daily sales activities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of the institute s growth objectives. The successful candidate must be able to efficiently handle customer inquiries and provide comprehensive training solutions that meet their needs. This role requires excellent communication and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a team and meet defined sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor s degree in a related field (such as Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration).
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in educational or training environments.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to build long-term professional relationships with clients.
  • A solid understanding of the education and training sector, as well as the labor market and training industry needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet sales targets.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in computer applications and social media platforms.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
